Q: Can I install an aftermarket dash trim
kit on the top of my existing factory wood dash?
A: Yes you can. We suggest that you paint your existing
wood dash before installing our trim. Most factory wood dash trims
are molded and our dash trims are flat, so small areas of the
original wood dash trim my be exposed.
Q: Can I do the installation myself?
A: Most of our customers do their own installations.
Q: Is it a replacement for the dashboard or a stick on
dashboard kit?
A: The dash kits are thin flat pieces (NOT MOLDED). They
are about 1/12th. Of an inch thick with an polyurethane coating
and 3M adhesive tape backing. The pieces only cover certain places
on the interior (i.e. power window switch plates, radio surround,
shifter area, etc.). This is not a replacement for the entire
plastic dashboard in your car.
Q: When will I get my dash trim kit?
A: All kits are processed within 2-3 business days and
shipped by FedEx ground which can take 7-10 business days.
Q:Do you have extra dash kit pieces not shown on the diagram?
A: Not all companies provide the same pieces in dash kits.
If you're interested in ordering extra pieces, e-mail us your
request and we'll send you pricing and availability information.
You will receive your special order 2 to 4 weeks after we receive
your payment.
Q: Will I get shipping information?
A: Tracking info can be provided should your dash kit exceed
the expected delivery time listed above under "When will
I get my dash trim".
Q: Can you e-mail me a picture of an installed?
A: We currently do not have all "installed" pictures
available, but we are expanding our database every day.

Q:Can I remove your dash trim kit safely without damaging
interior of my car?
A:Yes you can. Please follow these steps:
1.Use a heat gun or a blow drier to heat up one piece at a time.
2.While piece is still warm pull on it ( please do not use screw
drivers or any other metal tools - use your fingers and any plastic
objects).
3.Continue heating up a singe piece at a time and pulling it
until entire kit is removed.
4.To get rid of any 3M glue residue, using a soft cloth apply
"Bug and Tar Remover"and gently rub surfaces where dash
kit was attached.
"Bug and Tar Remover" can be purchased in any autoparts
store for $3 or less.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Veneerz.com warrants its product against any defective in workmanship
or materials under normal use and service,
as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle where
product was installed.

to receive return authorization number:
Any packages send without return authorization number will not
be accepted. Return authorization number must
be visible on the packaging box.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by
shipping carrier (FedEx or Airborne Express),
you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after
delivery and claim for damage. After Veneerz.com has received
authorization from the shipping carrier, new product will be shiped
to you. Do not return damaged product to Veneerz.com, shipping
carrier will pick it up after your claim.
30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it
for refund, if you are dissatisfied with the product. You need a valid reason to return a product.
All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Thereafter, all sales are final.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!!
All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package.
3M adhesive tape must not be removed.
Any custom made products are not refundable. Any partially installed
kits are not refundable.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Please remember, you may only return a stock color. Return authorization number
must be visible on the packaging box. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the Return
authorization number issued date.
All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package, with 3M red protective tape. Products with removed red
3M protective tape will not be accepted.

Note: All EXTRIOR TRIM is Non stock and is not refundable.
The returned package must be received within 10 business days
of the Return authorization number issued date.
MATERIALS
Veneerz.com making car interiors trims product from natural and
simulated materials. Please, remember that lines, seams and other
variations in color or grain pattern are normal appearance of
the natural wood and are not under warranty. Wood grain patterns
and colors are not mathematical equations and do vary from piece
to piece. Real carbon fiber is a weave product and all lines can
not be absolutely parallel.
